Sorry for bringing this back to the top but I bought one of those things for my children and I don't know who loves it more: me, my wife or the kids.

Scares the cat. Scares my wife. Blows dust of off things on the ceiling...making wife mad. Scares the New-Years-Eve girl. Did I mention it scares the cat?
