I use a third party tracking system, and I need to go to their site to login and check stats.
Ever since Sunday, their site is sometimes loading, and sometimes not loading, with explorer displaying a message saying "Page not found".
I have researched this, and have found that this is the only site that is doing this. While the page is down, my links on my site will not work either (They are connected to this site), and while the site is up they will.
Nobody else using the service is experiencing problems, and again like I said, this is the only site that I am having problems with. I don't understand it. I did a ping to the site, and it says that it is up, even when I can't access it.

Only from my comp. No other users of this service are experiencing the problem.
I run 2 spyware apps on my machine, and none of the usual spyware stuff is happening.
