I can hear it now....

Boing, boing, boing

Chicken train
Runnin' all day
Chicken train
Runnin' all day
Chicken train
Runnin' all day
I can't get on
I can't get off
Chicken train take your chickens away

... as my wife leaves me for a more stable man.

This would be what we Europeans would know as a "Jaws harp"? ....a la "Wont get fooled again"?

I know it as a jews harp. Bloomin hard to play an all. You need a large vocal cavity to make the sound really boom!

I too know it as a 'Jew's harp'.

Apparently though it is known by many different names around the world [jewsharpguild.org].
