very funny! I wonder how long it will be before of them sue's teh cops for harrasment or infringement of their human rights!

A postcard with the message "Wish you were here?" is being sent to 700 criminals as part of a campaign to stop them reoffending.

West Midlands Police say those targeted were believed to be responsible for committing more than 47,000 crimes in the region in the last 12 months.

So the 700 have between them committed an average of 67 criminal offences each over the last 12 months. And they're not still banged up? Staggering!
