Can you do a "fixed time" link as I think that varies with summertime offsets?

No, I think I can work it out from the other one by just picking a country that uses CST and doing a fixed time link.

Like this [timeanddate.com]

What I don't know is if it takes into account countries that are on some form of "summertime"?
