Here are some facts :
If you where in similar situation, what would you do?
:)
Geez, if you have to ask, you're more screwed that you will ever realize...
So, a new bathroom. And a contract with the Devil, signed in your own blood.
I was tempted to pipe up before, because I suspected that "your" bathroom was what she had in mind - that's where it always begins. Do you honestly think you'll get to use it, once the work is complete? You've never struck me as that naive, but then again, you had to ask if you were in trouble... ;)
If you have a second bathroom, claim it now - or forever hold your piece. If not, brush up on your handyman skills by building yourself an outhouse.
Here's a glimpse into your future:
Bathroom - Kitchen - Bedroom - Living room - Yards - Secondary bedrooms - Common areas (halls, front foyer, etc.) - Garage
....Is there some kind of trigger womens in early 30, to just do start doing that....
Nah. Some of us do this beginning at age 15 and continuing every couple of years forever (I'm almost 57....)
You're doing fine. You've established the parameters. Now all you have to do is hope that "borderline creep" doesn't happen over the winter. I hate to tell you though....
Long cold winters can cause a LOT of situational difficulties....
