Accidentally accept something (security) in IE

how do I remove?!

I am surfing the web and a website request me to give permission to install something or similar, I want to click NO but accidentally click YES! And it install something to my system.

I have remove the program but whenever I surf to that page, it install it again without asking me again! I think there must be some certificate or something in my IE where I need to delete, but I really don't know how.

Download FireFox and relegate IE to the rubbish bin.

Tools; Internet Options; Certificates. This allows you to remove it should you recongnize it.

wow, there are just too many certificates! How do I recognise them? Immediate? Trusted Root?

hmmm... can I delete all of them? and start all over again.
