From yesterday's Friday Word Game: "Why would sandwiches generate questions?"

Possibly the most thought-provoking question I've seen on WW all week. Anyone care to hazard an answer? ;)

Depends upon two things: what's OUTSIDE the filling, and what's INSIDE the wrapper....

This is clearly a ancient riddle. I suggest of chinese origin, that holds within it the answer to one of lifes most important questions; What filling should I have today?

Q: "Why would sandwiches generate questions?"
A: Because "One Hand Clapping" was off the menu.
