So I just got off the radio

So, the European Soccer Championship is currently on... Denmark-Sweden was playing today (game ended 2-2), and I was listening to it on Swedish radio (over the Internet). The game was close! And, a game between Italy-Bulgaria was being played at the same time.

Italy had to win to advance to the quarter finals. Denmark had to tie Sweden 2-2 to advance (or hope for Italy not to win). Sweden would be ok as long as they at least tied Denmark, regardless of Italy's outcome. Tense! Italy did beat Bulgaria (with just a minute or two to go)... But just the minute before, Sweden scored 2-2, and the game was over. Go Sweden!

Anyway, I e-mailed the radio station after the game... commenting on the game and Sweden's chances to advance further. I decided to leave my phone number in the e-mail. Not that I thought they would call back, but I did anyway.

But, 15 minutes ago, the phone on my desk (USA) rang! So I got to be interviewed live on Swedish radio! LOL It went live all over the country ;)

Kinda cool!
