Spyware issue - ZaZZeR Removal

I keep on deleting the files, but it still comes back

For some reason,one of our computers we just received from DELL had some spyware on it that Spybot didn't detect, but AdAware did. Nevertheless, I keep on having the program delete it, but the next day it comes back. Anyone know what this is?

You possibly have a trojan which is reinstalling the spyware. Run a virus check. (I use Trend Micro's HouseSearch to check my computer for anything that's very new - it's a free service, run a Google search).

Nope, ran Mcafee anti-virus, found nothing. Anyone else know what is up?

Try "Highjack This", a utility that looks at your registry to detect abnormal entries with delete functions.

Warning! Use with caution, knowledge of the Registry, at least at a basic level, is required before deleting willy-nilly.
