I am meeting a women entrepreneur this after noon at her factory. Problem is, it's a gourmet chocolate factory...

...praline feuilletine... Valrhona Guanaja 70%... extra-bitter ganache...
...candied cranberry maison... orange-flavoured ganache... raspberry purée... pistachio and hazelnut... caramelized hazelnuts... vanilla beans and flavoured with fleur de sel... candied ginger zing... green tea and black pepper... another one with a twist of Virginia tobacco.

Well I think I will go there riding my bicycle... :)

Nah, she does not look like Willy Wonka at all, on the opposite, but she wares funny hats too.

Her products are really a surprise. Top notch quality bases with very subtle aromas. I think she one step ahead, in many directions. I like it.

Just for a day... and a night. I just could not get any sleep with all this cocoa addicting substances rushing in.
