How would you start off a letter asking for an extension to complete a course. I got Shingles (Herpes Zoster Virus), and was unable to work on ANYTHING for several months. I'm just not sure how you would word something like this. The institution is a Nutrition Academy. As I understand it, I am able to ask for an extension however, my story sounds like a story. The program is scheduled to finish Aug 2004 and I would require approx 4/5 additional months, completing in Dec 2004.
Any thoughts?
