Hi All,

I was wondering if any could help. As some of you know I work in a number of primary schools across London. Some of my schools are looking to install monitoring software so that they can see which software is being used the most. I have been looking for a free piece of software that logs when an application is opened. However, all the software I have found also logs things like keystrokes which makes it too intrusive. Does anyone have any recommendations?

chris_f,
You could code it yourself... take a look at WSH (windows scripting host). I just finished up some code that uses it.

Would Windows NT/2k/XP's auditing facility be any use for this?

Just a thought.
