Are these people you know, or can anyone just barge in on anyone else's conversation? Can you set up private chats and put everyone else on ignore?

these are people on a regular chat room that have voice. They boot me and also have a block where THEY speak..... and I cant! HEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLP! :(

PLEASE help me... i want to be able to boot someone on Yahoo. I slaso want to block people that interupt myself talking. I know its possible cause many people have it. When I try to speak, I cant. Please help me! I need a booter and a blocker. :( Im tired of being craped on! :( Help.
