Eight weeks ago, I was getting dozens of Paris Hilton spam emails a week. Suddenly they stopped, cold. Now gossip TV/Radio/tabloids say she's history (yea!). I guess the spammers figured that out first.

Spam isn't so annoying if you see it as a continuing massive survey of what's hot and what's not.

It's a rediculous idea to say that they're paid for showing their news. It's not like there was some group of people giving them money for showing the election information for the CA elections.
