im doing research, typing up research reports how can i focus on the job in hand? ever the traffic driving by the office seems to have my attention!

I feel your pain humpingdan. I have a lot of trouble focusing as the phones here won't stop ringing and the office manager here won't stop yapping away. I don't have my own room where I can close the door and headphones/music is out of the questions because when the phone calls get out of hand I have to help out and answer. It's really just a matter of time before I snap.
