2 things I would find really helpful

Thing to save me time - anyone got software like this?

First thing I need is a small snippet window. It must be configurable to alway sit on the top of the page and hold paragraph or two of text. Just a ctrlC ctrlV device for common snippets.

Anyone know of such a piece of software? could it be done with a popup, JS, empty form and cookies?

And is there a way to configure the windows 'scrapbook' to have certain words or phrases added with a shortcut.

e.g. ctrl+shift+alt+V = domain.com (paste)

Would love a tool so i did not have to type my most common domains or my email addresses. the cloest I have is a 'useful text' file on my desktop - but too slow to open>copy>minimise>paste all the time

When I am flicking between applications not just when I am developing/designing pages I need it to appear 'always on top'. small unobtrusive and simple - and the 'post it note thingy's look good. Can't do that with homesite can you? thouight it was a WYSIWYG affair more akin to DW?

Not WYSIWYG... WYSIWYN... And yes, it's an editor, so it wouldn't enable snippets outside of the editor...
