Good friend or girl?

Is there a right decision?

What's the best solution if you and a good friend fall in love with the same girl? Risking the friendship though you know just 1 person is the lucky winner? Let the girl decide and both should be passive? Try to find 2 other girls?

- Does she know you are both in love with her?
- Have each of you had some sort of relationship going with her? Flirting, dating.. more?
- Have you talked to your friend about what to do?
- If so are you both willing to see who she picks or if you both should back off and forget it?

If you and your buddy have been friends for a long time, and nothing serious has happenned with this girl.. your friend should definately come first. I don't think any (casual) girl or guy as a matter of fact is worth losing a good friend over. What if you find out later that she's not what you thought she was.. and where is your friend now? So in the end you'll be girl-less and friend-less.. not a very good end :(

I'm not a very busy member here... but I couldn't help but add my 2 cents.. hope you don't mind. Best of luck however I hope something is sorted out.

Try to find 2 other girls.

When your friend is thru with one of the new two girls - you come back to this girl in question again.

Lose the friend. Go get that girl.

Lots of questions, I'll try to answer them. Though the bug is already fixed. ;)

Does she know you are both in love with her?

She should have noticed it.

Have each of you had some sort of relationship going with her? Flirting, dating.. more?

eye-contact, dancing, talked a few words ....

Have you talked to your friend about what to do?

He wasn't interrested in the beginning and told me I should try it.

If so are you both willing to see who she picks or if you both should back off and forget it?

She picked him, but why the hell did he agree?

Love or lust

Shak, good question. Definetly lust at this point if my english-german dictionary is right.

But why is the bug fixed? - Got a business problem today and I decided investing time in business is better than investing time in girls and the problems they cause. Andy is quite happy with her right now and she's also, so there's just 1 looser, instead of 2. ;)

LOL.. right to the point.

So.. means he's the loser not you. If you first told your buddy you liked this girl.. it's obvious he moved right on in without caring to ask the same question you did here (Friend or girl?) His answer was obviously apparent. Brings back the old question, how many real friends do you really have? Usually one hand does the counting.

Find someone who deserves you, and vice versa.. it wasn't meant to be.

Think so, too - now.

Regarding the bug and the time in front of the computer .... that was why I'm looking for a girl :)

If your are trully in love with her, you'll do more than imaginable for her. If you are so resignant, maybe it was only a external attraction.
If you trully love her, get her before you regret have been so doubtful.

Greetings,
Herenvardö

Herenvardö, you're right, was just her appearance and her fantastic smile.... hmmm, Andy's just dating her, so I'll wait and work, more profitable. :)

Quite agree, I find trying to understand the latest Google algorithm is far easier than trying to understand any girl!

Although I guess if Google ever dumps me I may find some time for girls.

Rent the movie Tequila Sunrise. Pay close attention to the conversation on the boat.

Yeah, understanding girls is impossible, understanding Google is hard. So I personally go for the simplest way. :)

Whoever he is I hate him already.

I don't hate him. He's a nice guy though he got sth he shouldn't get. Well, that's fate. I don't care too much though it hurts if I see both together, but every look into my inbox makes me smile. :)

How did they end?

You told him you were interested.
He told you he wasn't.
And he is dating her regardless.

I find that rather repugnant. At the very least he owes you an apology.
