hotmail/msn mail down?

Can anyone get to the hotmail/msn log-in page w/o get an error.

Also tried MS templates and couldn't access it either

I can access Hotmail but I only received 1 email message(including all spam) the entire weekend. Usually on a monday I have about 20 in my junk mail and another half dozen in my inbox, but today I had 1 junk mail and that was it.

East Coast here and I still can't get jack. MSN.com works but not hotmail.
