Free t-shirts from failed dot coms

How many do *you* have?

The weather is finally cool enough out for me to wear one of my long-sleeved freebies. It's a nice looking shirt, so I thought I'd see if the company (Infomarco.com) was still in business. Nope. I'll need to go through my shirts and write them down, but I also have:
Pets.com (I even have one of the puppets)
Akoo.com
Tomeo.com
PogoPet.com
Petstore.com
PlanetRx.com

Some of these companies have been swallowed up by other related companies. I have more, but I'll have to go through the closet.

Teeshirts from X.com and iServer.com - both more in the "wildly successful because they sold out before the crash" category rather than true failures. Plus a nice cap from Prevue.com, who did the same.

Now how much can you sell them for on ebay? :)

I used to get free t-shirts form APC and Compaq. I'm an educator and for awhile these guys would send me freebies for filling our surveys.

Those have dried up... I guess they're not technically failed .com's but they still went away with with 20th century.

<<Now how much can you sell them for on ebay? :) >>

Not much for Pets.com alone, but maybe a whole failed dot com package set would work.

I also have various unopened things in cupboards from when Vitamins.com, MotherNature.com, et al, had $25 off $25. I hung out with the freebie hunters for a while. It was very lucrative...and fun! A free dvd player, free pairs of tennis shoes, hundreds of dollars in gift certificates, etc. Ah, the good ol' days.

They could be a good investment, e.g. a Boo.com one.

I'm hoping to soon add my Google t-shirt to the mix. ;)

DMOZ is a .com? (Being owned by Netscape doesn't count here!)
