Synchronization software

totally sync laptop + pc...is there a way?

I am looking for a sofware that totally syncs up a laptop and a PC. Basically, I want to use one of them, and have anything i did, any setting, history, etc, sync to the other.

Basically both computers would be identical in every way when I sync.

Is there any way to do this?

Thanks for the links, but not really what I am looking for. I am looking for something basically the equivalent of taking the harddrive out of one and putting it into another...and back and forth at least twice daily.
