US Bank Accounts

hi guys, someone know some bank from US that allow ppl from other countries open an account? (saving or checking)

I have an account with Thebancorp.com, which I opened through one of their agent. They are a small internet only bank but are OK to receive payments from USA and then transfer them to my local bank by wire transfer once a month or so.

Chase Manhattan [chase.com] is another bank that allow non-US citizens to open bank account but their FAQs say that non-US residents can't get access to internet banking. It means every time you want to check a transaction in your account you will have to make international long distance phone call.
