Been rackin my brains out for the past hour but still can't figure out how the 12 people in the picture become 13.
To view it, search for the phrase "Count and wait until it moves" (with the quotes) in Google. Click on the first of the two results.

Look at the bottom left guy (x)...
He never gets the top of his head back... In fact, his head is also the only head from which they take only the hair, not part of the face.

But, because the picture is so small (and very pixelated at that) your eyes don't spot the problems, and instead of noticing that someone never gets the top of his head back, or that the other guy is never matched up with a pair of feet, it looks like you go a thirteenth person.
It's a very good brain teaser! Definitely well made!
