Custom-printing Cups, T-Shirts and stuff

Hi

I'm currently looking for a decent website where you can have a picture printed on a T-shirt, drinking mug, and so on. Actually, these are my two objectives:

1. I want to have a pic printed on a mug, which will serve as part of someone's birthday gift.

2. I will need such a printing company later on as a partner for my to-be-finished website, so users can buy T-shirts and stuff with my site's logo or other related pics to support the site. Obviously, the printing company must be willing to make some sort of Paypal deal where they give part of the profits to me.

Does anyone have some experiences in this field they would like to share?
