And, yes, "wow". I think it's great to have a live help on eBay - hopefully it means that disputes will get settled a bit faster.
I remember disputing a NPB mark on my record and it took about three weeks until I even receieved a response requesting the proof I needed to send.
It's good to see that eBay is at least TRYING to firm up it's CS model - something that's long overdue for such a successful business.
