Actually I saw that on webmasterworld icons on the top right corner, along with VISA and MasterCard ...

It is an electronic check. It allows you to enter in your bank account details, and the money will be withdrawn from your checking account. From a seller's point of view, it generally takes 3-5 days for an echeck to clear.
