wired article [wired.com]

Over the past spring and summer, the company created an unrivaled digital archive of more than 120,000 books. The goal is to quickly add most of Amazon's multimillion-title catalog. The entire collection, which went live Oct. 23, is searchable, and every page is viewable.

i think this will be fantastic*, really mining the vast amount of information amazon has to offer (sell :))

*that is - its quite good already, but theyve only sacnned a small percentage of stock do far..

dont need to link to amazon do i ;)?

Great stuff, I remember it was anounced in some thread a while ago, but finally live!

They do want your credit card info to search though..

Anyone figure out how to search on topic, only for books which allow searching?

Why do I need to sign in or register as an Amazon.com customer to view pages?
