load up the comms, then an svchost error keeps on coming up - what is the svchost?

I recently had a problem with this file and it was because I had the nachi worm [webmasterworld.com].

Iirc svchost.exe is a generic internet access thingy - a lot of programs wanting to do stuff over tcp/ip can use that instead of other ways (I normally have about 6-7 of them in my task list)
