Its 30 - 25 = 5

5 - 2 = 3 (money back)

It fools you by implying what the assistant's money can be added to what the students paid - his money is already included in the 27

What other pound? The maths is wrong:-

3 x 9 = £27

The shopkeeper has £25, the assistant has £2.

25 + 2 = 27

The man is a lighthouse keeper and woke up in the middle of the night in the dark, which meant he had fogotten to turn on the beacon light. Knowing that boats probably crashed and people dies he decided to take his own life....
