www.widgets.com points to another domain, but google lists www.widgets.com
how can i change this?

Yep, that's the thread title.

A 302 means that the page is temporarily moved, and Google don't like to have temporary listings.

A 301 means that the page is permanently moved, so if you feed the spider this code, it will keep an eye on you for some weeks to see if you're trying to fool it, and then it will change the listing.

You need to point to the other domain and issue a 301 code at the same time.
