The wonder of search engines

I take the technology we all use for granted, but sometimes I pause and wonder.

I was reading a board dedicated to hiking, and here is this guy complaining, loudly and at great length, about having been on a narrow road behind someone going at 40.

So I got into my Mozilla Googlebar and typed in road rage with the absolute assurance that Google would turn up something suitably funny on page 1. The Road Rage Quiz [webhome.idirect.com] that was in position #2 did not disappoint me :)

How, without a good search engine, would I have found this gem when I needed it?

Don't know about search engines, but without WebmasterWorld I wouldn't know that I am a dangerous person and should increase my medication now. :)
