Finding TV music album

A few years ago there was a CD album sold on one of those adverts on the TV in the UK. The kind you can only buy from the phone number on the advert, but can't be found in a shop.
The album was called 'Forever in blue jeans'
Does anyone know of any site that may sell those sort of things?

Forever In Blue Jeans [google.com]

Perhaps one of those is what you're looking for?

Thanks for the link, but its not that one. It was a long time ago the CD was for sale, not sure if it will still be around anywhere.

foreverinbluejeans.uk.com/info.htm

The above page mentions an older CD called Forever In Blue Jeans that's still available for sale.

Thanks GaryK, thats not the one, although looks quite interesting. I was looking for a friend who has now told me it was ten years ago the CD was for sale on the TV. Probably won't be around anymore.

Admit it - this is just a troll to drive us crazy looking for an album that does not exist!

Can you give us a hint of what was on it? (Besides Neil Diamond)

Well I thought this place needed some direction. No it did exist although it is driving me insane looking. I don't think it had Neil Diamond on it. It had a variety of 70's music and was actually four CDs. Beyond that im not sure.

Item number W12-V218381-G.

I think it's what you're looking for. I had to dig for this one. ;-)

I'm calling one of my guys to find out if he knows anything about it/can get it.

Hey, I just find 'em, I don't buy 'em.

Although I could give a better idea once my buddy gets back to me with the track listing. I'm awfully curious how a 70s compilation box set could run frekkin' $90 bucks.

And I had just given up looking as well. Thanks for that, I sent an email to the site webmaster for some details on the CD but I see now that the site obviously isn't operational anymore (and read said bad stuff about it).

If you let me know anything you find out I would be very grateful.

Seem to have found a record of the CDs on cddb.com at this location: www.gracenote.com/music/search-adv.html?q=&qartist=&qdisc=Forever+in+blue+jeans&qtrack=&n=10&x=0&y=0

I have also found 2 CDs at cdexpress.com which are named Forever in blue jeans but there is little album info and the webmaster could provide me with no information on them.
The listings at cddb.com is the CD im looking for, but not sure if the cdexpress.com listing is.
