It isn't the normal case of microsoft "catch me if you can". I just wish those involved had bigger bank accounts to take on ms. Looks like to me, that they are going bear hunting with a pea shooter.
Tryting to tag ms with product liability is a major tall order that even the best, most law suit happy corporations have not done.
