He's definitely not the writer - I doubt he even had anything to do with any of the variants - more likely is that he had the source, screwed around with it w/a hex editor and bragged to all his friends.

Once again, the FBI finds a convenient scapegoat for their incompetence.

Like, in 2000, when the SEC arrested 15-year old Jonathan Lebed for hyping penny stocks online. Such an easy target. He caved immediately, with his sobbing parents in the background. (he actually got to keep a few hundred thousand in profits).
