What was (and maybe still is) your business/occupation/profession/job etc before getting involved the WWW?

I'm curious to see just how diverse we are as a group, yet share the common interests that bring us to these forums.

I was a Medical Technologist. What a lousy profession.
Deal with blood and pee all day. I feel sorry for anyone working in a medical lab. It is fascinating work, but damn icky and scary.

A few years after I first heard the word AIDS, I started looking for something else to do.

This is much better.
