Standalone Updates XP

Can it be done

I have a super fast connection here but I have PC at home that needs the full update (around 50meg). That would melt my dialup connection and cost me a god forsaken fortune.

Can I download them here and take them there on a zip disk or cd? If yes, how should I go about doing it.

It only works if you are using IE.
