I know that there are quite a lot of French members here so I want to ask you how is the movie Taxi 3?

I have both Taxi I and II on DVD and love them both, I must have watched Taxi I some 20 odd times already.

Has anyone seen Taxi III and if so how is it?

Also can anyone tell me how much a DVD like the movie Les Visiteurs costs in Paris?

Thanks

ADD IN

Plus I should add in that anyone who has not seen these movies go out and buy them imediately. The English Subtitles are spot on. If you enjoy comedy and fast cars / car races buy these movies!

Haven't seen it (been living in the UK for the past 4 years) but I loved the 1st and 2nd.

On amazon.fr Taxi 3 seems to be @ euros 19,99 and will be available from the 27th of august.

as for les visiteurs the DVD's seem to be out of stock.

weblamer2 give French movies another try.

Taxi 1 and II will crack you up if you enjoy comedy, fast cars and a macho style.

Thanks for your replies, someone stickies me saying Taxi III is not as good as two and three but will see.

Would cost me a lot to buy from Amazon etc so will wait until I go to HK to buy it. Believe it or not was a HK gf who brought my attention to this movie and I cannot thank her enough, an amazing movie.

As for Les Visiteurs, I love it and is what I think is one of the best movies of all time. Well that and some of Luis de Funes.....

Visit_Thailand are you a french movie lover or what!

If you like Louis de Funes have you seen "la soupe aux chou" or "la grande vadrouille"? Classiques!

Also as for Luc Besson try Leon (Jean Reno is a great actor), NIKKITA, or Yamakasi (don't know if you've seen an add with a guy jumping from buildings to buildings, well Yamakasi is a movie inspired by these guys).

And if you definetly want some piece of french movie, the latest I loved were Amelie Poulain (Amelie outside of France I think) and Le pacte des Loups (Brotherhood of the Wolf?!).

le_gber yes love all Louis de Funes' movies but cannot remember which ones I have seen, the Rabbie Jakob and one where he is the kings servant counting the money!

Luc Besson is also great and a movie I have of him which I also recommend is called 'Wasabi' loads of action and loads of comedy plus it is done mostly in Japan so nice.

Will look out for the others you mention. Thanks.
