Just to clarify, in Ireland we don't have cinemas. We have a large barn in most villages, with a guy called Paddy at the back, making hand shadows on a wall with a torch. Every Friday many villagers go to the 'cinema' to see Paddy's new hand shape. Afterwards we go to the pub (with the leprechauns) and dance with girls with long red hair. The word 'cinema' is actually derived from a old Irish word 'Seeyouinthepubma'. This was the farewell all of many a young man as he headed off on the Friday night to see Paddy and his torch. A true story.... really....
