Speaking of tech support, I got a phone call from a friend of mine today asking me to check why his website was down most of the time...

I had a look and guess what? The 'webmaster' was hosting it indoors, on a dial up connection....

And we are talking website with many adwords and overture listings.

Now I know all those jokes about calling support are true.
