Liveperson seems to be down today, is it down for everyone else?

liveservicedesk is much cheaper and does almost all liveperson does. Why do people spend so much to use them.

I don't know, offhand I would say it has something to do with that "does almost all liveperson does" part.

Liveperson is great I agree. But man it is expensive. $100 a month per concurrent user. Thats nuts.
