Anyone knows the name of this song?

Hi everyone,
I came across a song played at the end of the anime Dragonball. [Note: it's NOT "Dragonball Z" because Goku is still a little kid, so are other characters(if you know what I'm talking about)]

Basically the lyric of the songs goes like:
