Can "they" see you behind a firewall

With RIAA saying they are going after the little guys that may download a song, I was wondering if someone who is behind a firewall (2 actually) be "caught" by them? How do they chatch people downloading songs?

They don't catch you downloading, they catch you sharing. I really wouldn't worry too much if you're behind a firewall. I really wouldn't worry anyway...
