Hello, why you going to pretoria......come to the cape;-)
The story is you can get ADSL for about a grand a month and that is a flat rate which means you surf away. But the slimy buggers limit you to 3MB a month which sucks if you are a dedicated surfer.
ISDN is your best bet in my opinion being a big surfer on weekends. R280 a month, unlimited download, faster than the ADSL but you pay everytime you log onto the net. Problem solved: Subscibe to vodacoms R7 weekend deal. Log on at 7pm on friday and then off monday 7am and it will only cost you 7 bucks:)
Hoped that helped

Hello

nah the cape is good for holiday, but i prefer good weather all year round ;)

I hope you meant 3 GB as well 3MB wont get me to do my daily emails.

Interesting that you mention that ISDN is faster then DSL?
Thing is I need it during the week, (working from home) wife not happy wasting quality time on the weekend infront of comp.

so i guess i have to fork out the grand. (if 3GB and not 3 MB)

thanks again and
Lekker bly
