What's your morning website maintenance routine?

what do you check every morning?

We all have a routine that we do to keep our sites up and running. Care to share? Here's mine:

Get up
Check email
Check analog daily traffic report
Go get coffee
Read news/favorite blogs/etc
Check orders
Check webmasterworld
Check SERPs
Check alexa
Check clickstream report
Ok, now go do some new work :)

Get to work, turn on computers.
Get coffee, wash apple, fill water bottle.
Log in, Check email, Reply to some
Turn on music, check the main WW page
Log into server grab last nights logs and view todays(x3 sites)
Check Online stats for 4th & 5th site
Few times weekly check logs in Nettracker, print/send reports
Log into Overture X2 accounts (4 sites) and check budget and position
Log into Adwords and Check budget
Check Email, Research , Read
Then whatever new/leftover work from the previous day/week/month/year.

Get up,showered, dreassed, have breakfast, get baby ready for daycare
Drop baby off and get into work
Turn on computer and get a cup of tea
Check emails
Delete all the spam emails (usually a minimum of 50) and check that the spam filter hasn't killed real ones
Read, answer emails
Check out Cathy comic strip
Decide what to work on that day (or finish off left over work from yesterday)
Get interrupted by boss and do the work she needs
Try to get back to own work before lunchtime
Eat lunch
More work (mine or the boss's tasks)
Pick up baby from daycare, go home
Make dinner (if my turn - yay for husbands who can cook!)
Feed baby, change baby, play with baby
Try to check home email and/or read newspaper
Bath baby with husband and then get baby to sleep
Collapse into bed and wait for the whole thing to start all over again!

Shower
Get to office
Do some online promotion
Check WW & emails in the afternoon after lunch
Some more promotion & add content
Late evening: leave home for gym
dinner & Google/WW/Emails stuff all over again

check old Linux server to see if still running
log off/have connection dropped by ISP...
off to do real-world work. :)

check server remote desktop (if all's well)
refresh the open windows on the current threads and important forums on WW
open all interesting sounding threads in parallel, read all and reply some
check for more email more adsense

go into morning meeting
start work
