Unauthorized use of the Commodore name by other organizations will be stopped, Tulip said in the statement.

Tulip, based in Amersfoort, Netherlands, bought the Commodore brand name and other assets in 1997.

I Think they are suggesting using the domain commodore.net which at the moment is not utilised (a single welcome screen) and has been like this for about 3 years. The actual C64 portal is located at [c64.org ].

I hope the market for a vintage C64 w/ 5.25" floppy and two controllers sky rockets. Right now it is taking up space in my basement.
