First time I see an add for SEOer in the UK

Came accross an add for a SEOer this morning on cwjobs - this must be the first time I see an agency looking for an SEO expert in the UK.

Well, thought it might be of interest for somebody looking for a permanent SEO job in Cambridgeshire.

I think they've already got someone - they were interviewing a couple of weeks ago. I offered part-time consultancy but they wanted a full time person. GBP18-30k dependent on experience, if anyone's interested in the going rate for a full time post. The agency didn't have much of a clue as to what skills an SEO person should have.

The company in question has an impressive portfolio of major sites, but mostly built with *big* problems of spider accessibility. Just one example - go to www.thefa.com and click on the England button - THIS [thefa.com] is what you get.
