Google Ads Job Recruiting Using SEO Terms

I did a double-take this morning when I searched on an SEO term and saw a Google Ad recruiting for jobs. After a good laugh, I took a look at a few more searches and saw more:

Search term:
search engine positioning
search engine promotion

"Work at Google
We can't hire smart people
fast enough!"

and

Search term:
search engine marketing
search engine optimization

"You're brilliant?
Google is hiring for a variety
of positions!"

Anyone else seen this? :)

Hey, I'm on the West coast. ;) Search on one of those terms then look for the "Work at Google" ad to the right.

Google is hiring for a variety
of positions!
www.google.com/jobs

typing in "search engine" alone brings that up.

even "search engine backdoor manipulation"

this is adowrds at work gentlemen, Broad Match
(Ad shows when users search on the keywords search and engine, regardless of other search terms used or of the order in which they are entered.)

I'm gonna complain to adwords support. I am not allowed to use GOOGLE in the title or the body of the ad - how can they? It is unfair!
