Well, it looks like Annika Sorenstam will fall well below the cutline. That will sure be a big blow to the network carrying the match this weekend - had she made the cut, I think viewership would have been enormous. Without her, well, it's just the Colonial...

I do think she made a lot of fans in her two days on the tour - including some of the male players. It would be fun to see her have another shot.

I was really rooting for her. She's got nothing to be ashamed of -- it's all about the trying. She's a competitor, and it makes sense to want to to test yourself at the highest level available.

I hope she follows Tiger's advice and accepts invites to a few more PGA events so she can really she where she stands. One event with all the sideshow aspects and pressure of it may not be the best indicator of that.
