2)People are willing to share, something I feel is lacking in the "real" world, even if they have never met the person they are helping.----It was nice to finally meet some of you guys/gals at PubCon.
3)Doing business on the web is not impossible, very possible and profitable actually, even if you weren't teethed on a mouse.
4)Oh Yeah and of course all the technical stuff ;)
I had the opportunity to speak to Brett briefly at PubCon and I thanked him for establishing a community that has helped, at times, to keep me in the game and would also like to thank all the members here who make up this community of professionals.
Lawman, told you I'd post in foo every once in a while.
OK. Enough sentiment back to work.
Great list of what you've learned, and I'd ditto all of them. I'd also add one thing:
* you never stop learning in this industry and the best place to stay ahead of (or occasionally catch up with) the learning curve is right here

I've seen a few members that actually tried to go away... and after a while they all came back. hehehehe
