Graphics board for PC

What does DVI mean?

Hi all,
just a quick one from someone who didn't upgrade his PC for ages (nearly 5 years):
Have to buy a new system (old one ist dieing) and the only open question I have is about the graphics board.
I have the choice between:
aa) GeForce4/TI4200 , 64 MB, TV-out and DVI
bb) GeForce4/TI4200 ,128 MB, TV-out and DVI
cc) GeForce4/TI4200 ,128 MB, TV-out, Video-In, Video-Out, DVI

The question is what is DVI?

Any help on this is very much appreciated.
